Today my attitude was not respectful and I was very bossy and mean, and I need to fix something more important than tennis, and that is the respect I don’t have to enough just because I am the top student doesn’t mean I am the best player and I have many things to work on before tennis, and I can learn anything from anything in this world.
What I learned from the coach
- He told me to hit the ball from the same height when there is a chance ball.
- I shouldn’t go up to down unless the ball is shorter than the serves line.
- When I hit the ball and when I am nervous I shouldn’t put strength on my arm, because then the racket will stop and I wouldn’t be able to hit a heavy ball.
- I should have no feeling on my arm when I am hitting the ball.
- My power level should be 1 to 100, not all 100 to 100.
- When there is an approach shot/finishing shot I need to make my take back compact then uni-turn more.
Good things
- I didn’t do much double fault than others. and I hit a good forehand deep than one other can with relax.
- I hit a flat backhand and it was very powerful.
- I did a lot of SABR and it worked very well.
Things I am going to do next time
- Respect everybody like everybody is Kei Nishikori.
- Be happy no matter what happens and even if things don’t go the way we want them to.
- Show how you want to learn and don’t be like I am number 1
