After watching this video what I’m going to do next time.

  • I have to have more food that has more calories, like pasta.
  • I need to do more exercise because then I will get tired and eat more.
  • Have at least 2 bowls of rice at dinner time.
  • At snack time I can have shakes and milk. and for shakes put nuts and dry food.
  • How to make good shakes, milk, banana, yogurt, oats, honey, strawberry
